OK, this time Na wants to tell you about capcay food. Capcay is a typical Chinese food which contains a variety of vegetables. As for in Indonesia the capcay that is presented is not much different from the original country. Na want to share recipes how to make simple and practical capcay.

Materials for making capcay
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 cauliflower
- 6 stalks of mustard greens
- 3 sausages (pieces)

Piscok Lumer, simple but elegant from Indonesia
- 3 onions
- 3 garlic
- 5 cayenne peppers (can be skip)
- A little salt
- A little sugar
- 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp saori oyster sauce
- A little powdered pepper
- Flavoring (Royco Ayam)
- 1/2 cup of water
- Oil for sauteing
Steps to make capcay (cap cai)
1. Wash the vegetables, then cut them.
2. Blend the onion and garlic, and slice the chili.
3. Saute the onion and chili until they are fragrant and cooked, add a little sugar and salt (just a little, because the oyster sauce is salty), then add the sausage pieces. Stir well.
4. Enter carrots and cauliflower, mix well. Then add sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce and water.
5. If the carrot is cooked, add the mustard greens, give a little pepper and Royco (flavor flavoring). Stir until the water shrinks.
6. Then lift and ready to serve.
