Ingredients for Making Kriuk Flour Fried Shrimp- 250 gr of large / sufficient shrimp
- Enough flour
- 1 sachet of kobe flour
- 2 cloves of garlic
- As much as salt
- A pinch of baking soda
- Cooking oil

Steps to Make Kriuk Flour Fried Shrimp
- Peel the shrimp skin, remove the head set aside.
- Make a wet dough by mixing flour, salt, fine garlic and baking soda, pouring enough water until the mixture is thick.
- Dip the prawns that have been clean in the wet mixture, then roll them into dry flour (kobe), then fry the flour shrimp.
