Grilled prawn gamberoni

I really like this recipe because seeing this menu as one of the contents of the hut catering DTC (but they have been renamed by them). This menu is really good using obento sauce! Please try

Ingredients

Grilled prawn gamberoni
  • 4 large AK 20 pancet / shrimp shrimp
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 teaspoon of coarse pepper (use peppermill or coarse gum)
  • 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large red chili remove fine chopped seeds
  • to taste Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp butter (better using the luhrmark brand slightly salted)


Step

  1. Split the back of the shrimp and poop (leave the head and skin). Smear with lime juice and let stand 10-15 minutes
  2. Mix 2 tablespoons olive oil into the chopped garlic.
  3. Put the mixture into the back of the shrimp that has been split and add enough pepper
  4. Grilled shrimp on a pan covered with butter. Approaching mature (shrimp changes color) Enter chili and parsley leaves that have been finely chopped into the back of the shrimp. Finally add a sprinkling of mozzarella or parmesan cheese, wait until melt.

Voila grilled prawn gamberoni is ready to be served. Add obento sauce for dipping
