what snacks? The food admin will share this time is Cimol. Cimol is a typical snack with a chewy and savory spicy texture. This snack that people really like is made from sago flour. So how do you make it? Come on, let's see

Materials
1. Wheat flour
2. Farmed Sago Flour
3. The spice of the atom (moon / star)
4. Flavoring
5. Chili powder (aida / bon chilli)
6. Spring onion
7. Garlic
8. Oil
9. Water

1. Chop the garlic until it is small and then heat the oil and add the chopped garlic until it is slightly brownish in color and then let it sit until the oil is cold then transfer the oil and the onions into the container.

2. Prepare enough water in the pan (I use it to make the noodles in the pan) then bring it to a boil, while waiting for the water to boil, mash until the garlic is smooth, then put it in the water, let it boil, if it is boiling, lift it and leave it.

3. Slice the leek then put it into the container (I use a small basin) then add enough flour into the container along with the flavoring seasonings, stir, stir after mixing gradually into the hot water that has been boiled earlier into the stirring container until mixed, then add the flour sago into the dough, stir, stir until the sago flour and dough are mixed (try not to get sticky) after that, wash your hands with a little oil (wash your hands beforehand).

4. Make the dough as big as marbles, then put it in the pan (I use the same skillet to fry the garlic) try to turn off the stove first after feeling enough to make the dough turn on the stove on low heat (because if you use high heat, the cimol will only cook outside but raw in this case which causes the cimol to explode when fried). During frying, try to stir the cimol until it turns brownish, then remove and drain.

5. After that, enter the cimol into the bowl then add the garlic oil and the atomic seasoning + chili powder then stir in the spicy savory level according to your taste.

6. Cimol Bojot is ready to be served
