finally ... it was achieved also made the coconut milk tongseng after making a non-coconut version a few weeks ago If it's really fast it's a non-coconut milk..but the one who uses it is less tasty momss, Savory and fragrant.
VERY delicius with warm rice, yummy crackers

The ingredients make Tongseng santan Chicken
4 servings- 500 gr Cut chicken meat
- 10 tablespoons of thick coconut milk
- 600 cc of water
- 4 green tomatoes
- 5 sheets of cabbage, slices
- 2 medium bar, cut
- 10 whole red chili peppers (I mixed curly chili)
- Appropriate Taste Sweet soy sauce (I like sweet so I have lots)
- According to the taste of powder broth, salt, sugar, pepper
- 1 Serai stem, keprak
- GROUND SPICES:
- 6 Red Onion cloves
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 3 pecan roasted
- 4 curly red chilies
- 1/2 tsp coriander

Steps to cook Tongan Chicken
- Prepare the ingredients
- Sauté spices + lemongrass until fragrant
- Add the chicken, stir until it turns white
- Enter Santan + water well
- Immediately follow with potatoes, chili peppers, tomatoes. Then season with powdered broth, salt of pepper + soy sauce according to taste :)
- If the potatoes start to soften, immediately enter the cab.
- TEST RASA. Lift;)
- Sprinkle with fried onions, it's even better if you use onion / shrimp crackers. Don't forget about a slice of lime: D
Very tasty, serve with warm rice
