Recipe: Donut Pumpkin Yellow, soft and delicious - Oriental Foods

I made this donut because I used the remaining pumpkin that I bought for plating with @aop_indonesia. Unfortunately there are still many if not cooked.

Tips for making donuts:

  • AstikanMake sure the yeast is still active
  • GarGet out the white ring, knead the dough until it's smooth elastic (if the mixture is stretched it won't break)
  • Akan try not to over profing, you can expand it when you fry it, but after lifting it, the donut will wrinkle
  • ▫️ water can be reduced or can be added yes, adjust it with the moisture of the flour.
  • Ap wipe your hands with flour if it feels a bit sticky

  • 170 grams of high protein flour (chakra)> 17 tablespoons
  • 100 grams of multipurpose flour (triangle)> 9sdm
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons of granulated sugar (45 grams)
  • 100 grams of pumpkin, steamed puree (heavy after steaming)
  • 1 egg

Step to make Donuts Pumpkin Yellow, soft


Prepare all ingredients.

  • Prepare a container, put all ingredients except butter and salt.
  • Mixer until half smooth add butter and salt
  • Mixer again until smooth elastic (can also be kneaded manually). round the mixture, prepare a smooth container with oil, add the rounded dough. Cover with plastic wrap or clean napkin
  • Let stand for 1 hour or until it expands 2x, then deflate.
  • Move to silmat then knead briefly
  • Flatten and cut, I made 9 pieces of fruit about @ 55 grams, round it
  • Place it on baking paper (baking paper sprinkled with flour so it won't stick). Let it stand until it expands again, about 15 minutes (don't over profing)> I put it in a container then I close it, aiming that the dough is not exposed to outside air which causes the outer skin to dry
  • It has expanded, then press the top so that it is slightly flat
  • Cut it with a donut mold, I use the base of the syringe
  • Fry the heat of medium heat until cooked, just turn it back. So as not to absorb a lot of oil
  • Remove and drain, give toppings to taste. I just sprinkle soft sugar
