Steps to Make Purple Sweet Potato Moho Cake


  • Steam the purple sweet potato, then puree
  • Mix purple sweet potatoes, sugar and salt. Mixer 5 minutes.
  • Enter egg yolk, mixer 5 minutes.
  • Put little by little flour and fermipan, mixer until smooth. Add coconut milk, mixer until the mixture is slippery, about 10 minutes.
  • Cover with a wet cloth for 1 hour.
  • Heat the cormorant, cover the cover with a cloth.
  • Add the mixture to the steamed sponge mold.
