Sauce ingredients:
- 4 Garlic Cloves, soft, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of Tomato Sauce
- 5 tablespoons of Sambal Sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 tablespoons of Lime juice

Steps to cook Korean Fried Chicken
Wash the cut chicken, drain. Sprinkle chicken with seasoning flour to taste. Store in the refrigerator 30 minutes.
Make wet ingredients, mix versatile seasoning flour with enough water ... don't be too runny. Remaining flour for dry ingredients.
Remove the chicken from the refrigerator, put it in wet ingredients, then roll it to dry ingredients while pinching.
Fry the chicken until cooked, golden yellow, drain.
Make the sauce: saute the garlic until fragrant, add tomato sauce, chili sauce, oyster sauce, honey, sesame oil, mix well.
Cook until the sauce pops, add lime juice to mix well. Add the fried chicken, stir quickly until the seasoning is evenly smeared with chicken. Turn off the fire.
