Recipe: Tongseng Tompeh (Tofu Tempeh) - Oriental Foods
In this opportunity, I cooked by using ingredients that were available in the cupboard. the spices that I use are also simple but for the best taste and quality.
On this occasion I will share recipes on how to cook tampe tongseng (Tofu Tempeh)
The ingredients needed for cooking tampe are as follows:
- 1 Tempe cut like a dice
- 1 Know cut like a dice
- 8 onion cloves
- 5 garlic cloves
- 10 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Flavoring
- 1/4 tsp my pepper powder
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
- enough water

Step Sticky cooking Tofu Tempe
- Fry the tempeh first, tofu until dry
- Chop the onion, garlic
- Prepare a pan with oil and saute onion, garlic until it smells good then add enough water to add soy sauce and tofu, tempeh.
- If the water has boiled, then add salt, flavoring sugar and pepper powder. Stir until well blended.
- Let the water boil until the water shrinks so that the taste permeates the cooking
- If it has begun to shrink lift and drain
