The ingredients of Stews Jengkol Spicy Sweet
- 1/2 kg of jengkol
- 5 bay leaves
- 5 galangal finger segments
- 1 piece of brown sugar
- 5 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- ground spices :
- 5 shallots
- 4 garlic
- 7 red chilies
- 5 candlenut
- 1/2 tsp pepper

- Boil the jengkol until tender, remove the water and then geprek and boil again. remove the water again.
- Saute smooth spices until fragrant. give a little water and put the boiled jengkol. give brown sugar and sweet soy sauce and cook until the spices soak and water shrinks. taste correction
- Serve with warm rice
