Cookies Brownies ingredients

  • 120 gr Dark Chocolate🍫
  • 50 gr Anchor Unsalted Butter
  • 50 gr Sugar Casters
  • 1 egg
  • 60 gr Wheat Flour
  • 1 Sdt HERSHEY'S COCOA powder
  • 1/4 Sdt Fine Salt


👉 Topping

  • Almond Flakes
  • Almond Nib enough
  • White Chocolate is sufficiently melted

Steps to make cookies Brownies

45 minutes

  1. Prepare ingredients, draw a round circle with a pencil in parchment paper / Baking Paper, so that later the size of the Cookies will be flat
  2. DCC liquid and Butter / Butter by Double boiled / entered into the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir until smooth
  3. Beat the caster sugar and egg with balloon wish until soft and pale, then pour chocolate and melted butter mix well, add flour, and COCOA powder while sipping, add a small amount of salt then stir gently until well mixed. Mix the mixture into a plastic piping bag, cut a little tip.   4. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 170 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. Bake Brownies Cookies for 12-15 Minutes with a temperature of 170 degrees Celsius. Remove and cool. Spray the white chocolate that has been runny over the plain Brownies Cookies. After the Cookies are really cold, save Cookies in an airtight / Tupperware container.
  5. NOTE: Cookies will feel soft, if you just remove them from the oven, don't worry because Cookies will harden automatically after they are really cold. DO NOT CONNECT / MOVE THE COOKIES FROM LOYANG, WHEN NEW OUT OF THE OVEN. BECAUSE SURFACE COOKIES WILL ON LOYANG. LEAVE COLD AND CREATING COOKIES ABOVE LOYANG, AFTER THAT COOKIES STONE CAN BE LIFTED AND STORED IN THE TUPPERWARE RESISTANCE
