Red velvet cake ingredients
For 9 servings- 4 chicken eggs (room temperature)
- 6-8 tablespoons of sugar (I am 6 tbsp)
- 5 tablespoons of flour (munjung)
- 50 gr dark chocolate
- 80 gr unsalt butter (I'm ordinary margarine)
- 2 sachets of SKM
- 1 tbsp SP
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1.5 tbsp chili red coloring

Steps to make Red velvet cake
- Mix eggs and sugar first, until they expand and pale white. Add SP, then add vanilla and salt to shake again until it dissolves and thickens, 5 minutes.
- While waiting, prepare a baking sheet (me: 14x7) and spread the butter so that the cake will not stick, heat the steaming and the lid wrapped in a cloth to avoid droplets of water that can make the cake not expand properly.
- Melt the unsalt butter / margarine with chocolate, then cool the room temperature (if it's still hot and put in the mixture will make the batter runny)
- Gradually add a mixture of flour, baking soda, milk, chocolate and margarine. Stir well
- Add chili red food coloring, mix well
- Pour into a baking sheet and steamed for 30 minutes, during the steaming process, do not use kepo to see and open it because this will make the cake cake 😁 and use medium heat (do not use a large flame, because it will make the dough wavy)
- After the cake is cooled / room temperature (I split into 3)
