Recipe: Steak Tempeh (Diet Menu) - Oriental Foods
For those who are on a diet not eating rice, corn, tubers like me, this can be really food that the admin will share this recipe for a low-fat lunch menu.

Steak tempeh ingredients
- For 2 servings
- 200 gr tempeh
- 1 egg
- enough salt
- to taste pepper powder

Step making steak tempeh
- Cut the tempeh into small pieces, then steam until tender ± 10 minutes
- Puree the tempe by pressing
- Mix with eggs, salt, pepper powder, mix well, for 2 parts and each round shape
- Cook in a non-stick frying pan (teflon) which has been covered with a little margarine over low heat
- Once cooked, serve with sauce, or eat it immediately.
