- 1 handful of sweet mustard leaves, wash and cut
- 1/3 medium size papaya, peel and cut
- 2 cavendis bananas are frozen, cut into pieces
- 2 segments of ginger
- 4 pieces of medium-sized aloe vera
- 700 ml of water
