- 2 packs of plain powdered agar
- 1400 ml of water
- 2/3 cans of sweet white condensed milk
- 50-75 gr of sugar (who likes sweet 75gr)
- 4 tbsp good quality chocolate powder
- 1 tbsp of sugar for caramel
- 1 small sachet of instant nescaffe coffee
- Material Vla
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- 300 ml of water
- 6 tablespoons of sugar (adjust your taste)
- 1 tbsp custard flour
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- to taste Vanilli

Steps to Make Caramel Coffee Chocolate Pudding
- Make caramel from 1 tablespoon of sugar, be careful not to burn. Caramel to add the aroma of pudding.
- Cook while stirring all the pudding ingredients including the caramel until boiling.
- Lift it from the stove, stir it while removing the hot steam. Pour into a pudding mold that has been moistened with boiled water. Cool it down.
Make Vla:
- Mix all vla ingredients except vanilla.
- Cook on medium heat while continuing to stir, until it bursts.
- Remove the vla ingredients from the stove. Remove the hot steam then give vanilli, mix well. Cool it down.
