Ingredient Make Caramel Coffee Chocolate Pudding

  • 2 packs of plain powdered agar
  • 1400 ml of water
  • 2/3 cans of sweet white condensed milk
  • 50-75 gr of sugar (who likes sweet 75gr)
  • 4 tbsp good quality chocolate powder
  • 1 tbsp of sugar for caramel
  • 1 small sachet of instant nescaffe coffee
  • Material Vla
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 300 ml of water
  • 6 tablespoons of sugar (adjust your taste)
  • 1 tbsp custard flour
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • to taste Vanilli

Steps to Make Caramel Coffee Chocolate Pudding

  • Make caramel from 1 tablespoon of sugar, be careful not to burn. Caramel to add the aroma of pudding.
  • Cook while stirring all the pudding ingredients including the caramel until boiling.
  • Lift it from the stove, stir it while removing the hot steam. Pour into a pudding mold that has been moistened with boiled water. Cool it down.

Make Vla:
  • Mix all vla ingredients except vanilla.
  • Cook on medium heat while continuing to stir, until it bursts.
  • Remove the vla ingredients from the stove. Remove the hot steam then give vanilli, mix well. Cool it down.
