- 200 g of ripe banana
- 250 g of flour
- 200 g of sugar
- 2 eggs (shake off)
- 115 ml of vegetable oil
- 115 full cream liquid milk
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of lemon / lime juice
Toping
- Oreo
- You can use choco chips
- Or banana
- Or almonds

Steps to Make Banana Oreo Cake
- Prepare the container, flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt
- Add sugar, stir well with wisk
- In other containers, mash the banana with a fork. Add vegetable oil, liquid milk and vanilla and egg beaters. Stir again until blended
- Add the flour mixture, mix well, and add lemon water, stir again. Make sure the mixture is well mixed
- Prepare a baking sheet (20x12). Cover with bread paper and top it with margarine. Pour the batter into the pan
- Bake in a preheated oven with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes or until done. Adjust each oven.
