Ingredients for Cooking Spicy Fried Fish Sauce

Ingredient:
  • 1 red fish
  • Enough of Versatile Seasoning Flour
  • 1 lemon
  • Sauce:
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 red chillies
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/4 onion cloves
  • to taste onion leaves
  • 100 ml of water
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste flavorings
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • to taste Oil

Steps to Cooking Spicy Fried Fish Sauce

  1. Cut the fish in half then coat it with lime. Then mix with seasoning flour and fry until cooked. Lift and set aside.  
  2. Blend the tomatoes, red chili and garlic with 100 ml of water until smooth then set aside.
  3. Saute the onion as well as the leeks and spices that are melted until fragrant and then add salt and flavoring to taste (don't forget to taste). Give the cornstarch which has dissolved the water to thicken and pour over the fish. Please try.
