  • 500 gr shrimp
  • 1 cm of thinly sliced ​​ginger
  • 1 cup thin garlic slices
  • 1/2 slice of onion thinly sliced
  • 3 slices of sliced ​​red chili to make it beautiful
  • 1/2 large red tomato slices
  • Enough water, salt, sugar, pepper powder and powder broth
  • Enough oil for sautéing, tomato sauce and chili sauce
  • 1 cup oyster sauce


Smoothed spices:

  • 3 garlic fruit
  • 6 shallots
  • 1 tsp pepper grains
