Delicious and Simple Sweet and sour shrimp recipe

I hope this is because in this wonderful opportunity this morning the admin will share recipes for healthy food for the family.Actually the admin is a bit confused about what to cook today, but after checking the fridge it turns out there is still a stock shrimp hem hem, let's cook the shrimp for the family, they definitely like it.

Ingredients for cooking 1 psi
- 500 gr shrimp
- 1 cm of thinly sliced ginger
- 1 cup thin garlic slices
- 1/2 slice of onion thinly sliced
- 3 slices of sliced red chili to make it beautiful
- 1/2 large red tomato slices
- Enough water, salt, sugar, pepper powder and powder broth
- Enough oil for sautéing, tomato sauce and chili sauce
- 1 cup oyster sauce
Smoothed spices:
- 3 garlic fruit
- 6 shallots
- 1 tsp pepper grains
