This morning the admin intentionally bought 2-tailed crabs weighing 450g, ate more satisfied, cheaper, and the field sauce crabs made by admin this time did not lose the same as crabs sold in restaurants. The sauce when my husband really likes the sauce.

Ingredients

    Padang Sauce Crab (using eggs) is simple - Oriental Foods
  • 2 servings
  • I use 2 crabs 450g
  • Red onion 5 puree
  • Garlic 5 puree
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 5 tablespoons of oyster sauce
  • 5 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 4 tablespoons of chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 4 raw lombok
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 lemongrass geprek
  • 1 segment of ginger geprek
  • 1 segment of grilled turmeric and geprek
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 orange leaf
  • 1 egg shake
  • Leek (I skip because I don't have)
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Step by step cooking crab sauce padang - Oriental Foods


  • Boil crabs with water that is given salt and onion powder / if there is no one can use geprek onions
  • Boil until it changes color and drain
  • Fry the crabs so that they are not fishy, make sure the crab heads are opened and drain
  • Sauté seasoning (onion, white, bombai, pepper, bay leaves, oranges, lemongrass, ginger, turmeric, chili) until fragrant
  • Add oyster sauce, chili sauce and tomatoes, sugar and salt and kiss. Add water 1 -2 cup of starfruit glass. Let stand until it thickens slightly
  • Add the egg mixture that has been beaten and blended and stir well. Correction of less salty or sweet or sour flavors can be added to the sauce according to taste (if I measure it right)
  • Add the crabs and cook with small sanggat fire and turn it back until the seasoning permeates
