Spanish Donut Ingredients

For 8 servings
  • 250 ml of water
  • 2 tablespoons Margarine / butter
  • 150 gr Wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Pasta
  • enough oil to fry
  • Sprinkling ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder

Steps to Make Spanish Donuts

Making Time 45 minutes
  1. Mix water, margarine / butter, sugar and vanilla paste then cook until boiling.
  2. Reduce the heat, add flour and stir quickly about 2 minutes. Then turn off the fire.
  3. Stir until the mixture is smooth and the steam is gone. Add the beaten eggs. Stir quickly until smooth.
  4. Add the dough to a pipping bag or plastic triangle and tip the scissors. Then enter it again into the pipping bag that has been given a star syringe.
  5. Heat cooking oil on a skillet over medium heat. Then spill the mixture into oil about 10 cm long, fry until brown. Do it until the batter runs out.
  6. Remove the churros from the pan and drain. After warmly sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Churros are ready to be enjoyed.
