Balado Wet Squid ingredients
For 1 portion- 500 grams of squid (wash thoroughly, cut and coat lemon juice / salt)
- 1 onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 tsp sugar
- to taste Salt
- taste flavor
Halus Smooth Spices:
- 8 pieces of red curly chili
- 5 onion cloves
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tomato

Cooking steps for Wet Squid Balado
- Cooking Time 15 minutes
- Prepare an oil-filled skillet. Heat. Saute the onion slices until fragrant. Add the spices that have been blended. Add a little water. Add sugar. Salt and flavor. Taste test. Cook until the water recedes.
