Soft chocolate Cupcake ingredients

for 18 servings
  • 5 eggs
  • 100 gr white sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Ovalet
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla flavor
  • 70 gr Wheat flour
  • 30 gr cornstarch
  • 20 gr Chocolate powder
  • 6 tbsp Sweet thick chocolate milk
  • 40 gr Butter

Steps to Make a Soft Chocolate Cupcake

  1. The time needed is 40 minutes
  2. Egg mixer, white sugar, ovalet, baking powder and vanilla flavor until it expands white
  3. After the first mixture expands, reduce the speed of the mixer and add flour, powdered chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and butter, stirring evenly
  4. Prepare a cupcake container or cupcake pan, pour the mixture in half for more cupcake containers
  5. Oven that has been heated with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius, enter the pan and wait for more than 30-40 minutes
