Recipe: Sausage Potato Bread - Oriental Foods
Favorite recipe for ni moms, don't use eggs but soft. I often stock it into frozen dough instead for this recipe. Soft for days, keep it in a closed containerIngredients for Sausage Potato Bread
- 400 gr of high protein flour
- 200 gr steamed potatoes, pulverize
- 2 tsp of yeast
- 2 egg yolks
- 150 ml of liquid milk
- 75 gr butter
- 75 grams of sugar
- 1 tsp salt

Steps to make Sausage Potato Bread
- Mix flour, potatoes, sugar, yeast yolk, then pour the milk a little until the consistency is right, it doesn't have to be included in all. Clay mixture. Then knead until smooth
- Put the butter & knead salt until elastic. Then round the lid with a clean cloth. Leave it to inflate 2x fold
- Squeeze the mixture, knead again until smooth again.
- Share & shape according to taste. Let stand again for up to 2x
- Oven until cooked or fried for fried bread / donuts
