Favorite recipe for ni moms, don't use eggs but soft. I often stock it into frozen dough instead for this recipe. Soft for days, keep it in a closed container

Ingredients for Sausage Potato Bread


  • 400 gr of high protein flour
  • 200 gr steamed potatoes, pulverize
  • 2 tsp of yeast
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 150 ml of liquid milk
  • 75 gr butter
  • 75 grams of sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Steps to make Sausage Potato Bread


  1. Mix flour, potatoes, sugar, yeast yolk, then pour the milk a little until the consistency is right, it doesn't have to be included in all. Clay mixture. Then knead until smooth
  2. Put the butter & knead salt until elastic. Then round the lid with a clean cloth. Leave it to inflate 2x fold
  3. Squeeze the mixture, knead again until smooth again.
  4. Share & shape according to taste. Let stand again for up to 2x
  5. Oven until cooked or fried for fried bread / donuts
