  • 200 grams of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of milk powder
  • 1 tsp fermipan
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 tbsp Margarine
  • A pinch of salt
  • 100 Ml of warm water +
  • Topping the donut glaze

Steps to Make Toping Fried Bread - Oriental Foods


Mix all ingredients except margarine, enter the water little by little into a mixture of flour, milk powder, fermipan, salt, and sugar, while stirring if the tesktur'y flour has gnawed then add margarine, knead until smooth.

If it's already smooth, cover it with a clean cloth, let it stand for + 30 minutes.

Then if it's been 30 minutes, paste the mixture, divide it into several parts, if I become 9, then round it up, do it until the mixture runs out. Then leave it for another 30 minutes.

If it's been 30 minutes and expands, heat the oil and fry the bread until it's browned, Mom's once again so that it doesn't give you much oil, lift it and drain it.

Decorate according to Mom's taste
