Beef with Black Pepper Sauce ingredients
For 6 servings- 250 grm of beef
- 2 packs of black pepper saori
- 1 onion
- Seasonings for marination:
- 5 garlic cloves
- Enough salt
- Just enough pepper
- Enough soy sauce

Step cooking Beef with Black Pepper Sauce
1 hour- Prepare materials.
- Thin slices of beef half frozen to make it easier. Then wash thoroughly and squeeze so that the water decreases.
- Grind the garlic.
- Marinate meat in a closed container. Add meat, fine garlic, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Mix well then cover and enter the refrigerator for about 30 minutes so that the marinade is absorbed.
- Slice the onion, then stir-fry without oil until wilted.
- Enter the meat that has been marinated. Oseng-oseng then add water to quickly soften. After softening add saori black pepper.
- Taste test, serve.
