Beef with Black Pepper Sauce ingredients

  • 250 grm of beef
  • 2 packs of black pepper saori
  • 1 onion
  • Seasonings for marination:
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • Enough salt
  • Just enough pepper
  • Enough soy sauce

Step cooking Beef with Black Pepper Sauce

1 hour

  • Prepare materials.
  • Thin slices of beef half frozen to make it easier. Then wash thoroughly and squeeze so that the water decreases.
  • Grind the garlic.
  • Marinate meat in a closed container. Add meat, fine garlic, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Mix well then cover and enter the refrigerator for about 30 minutes so that the marinade is absorbed.
  • Slice the onion, then stir-fry without oil until wilted.
  • Enter the meat that has been marinated. Oseng-oseng then add water to quickly soften. After softening add saori black pepper.
  • Taste test, serve.
