- 150 gr no sand
- 250 ml of water
- 150 gr of rice flour
- 30 gr of flour
- 100 gr cassava tape puree
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 pieces of pandan leaves

Steps to Make Bowl Cake
- Boil the sugar of pandan leaves and water until the sugar dissolves (do not need to boil) leave to warm the nails
- Mix into one rice flour, flour and instant yeast, mix well, then pour sugar water little by little while stirring until blended / nothing is crushed then let stand for 30 minutes
- After 30 minutes add baking powder, stir well, then give coloring according to taste
- Pour in the cucin until it's full, then steam for 20 minutes using high heat (when entering the steaming dough must be completely in hot / boiling conditions).
