Recipes: Chicken Satay, Practical Aluminum Foil Teflon - Oriental Foods
This is one of my achievements in life. How not. Want to be willing to bother preparing 1.5 hours. I want to bother cooking just for almost an hour. Eat it? Yes, it didn't take 10 minutes.Even though there is a lot of satay workers in my place right now. Even from the morning, the satay worker was hanging out in front of a subscription vegetable shop.
By the way the title is somewhat extended. The problem is that this is an emphasis on using cooking utensils.
First, sticky and successful burn color. Second, really not complicated. Finish burning, just remove the aluminum foil.
Wash a little Teflon. Tara is all clean.
This is the first trial and includes success. Just a little more marinade.
Now the recipe below Insyallah has been adjusted to make it more endeus. (Even though mah the spice is very minimalist). Actually, I have already bought the ingredients to make the bean spices. But it's already lazy. So my friend's soy sauce sauce and pickles may inspire.
Ingredients for Making Chicken Satay
- 1/2 kg fillet chicken breast
- 40 skewers (me: I cut it a little bit so lmyn is a lot)
- 1 piece of aluminum foil cut to the size of Teflon
- Inasi Marinated seasoning
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
◾ Flour Spices
- to taste sweet soy sauce
◾ Complementary food
- Soy Sauce
- Simple pickles
- Village crackers

Pour chicken into a skewer with a composition of 3 or 4 pieces each stick. Do it until the chicken is finished. Set it aside.

Brush the grilled satay with sweet soy sauce on both sides. After one surface of the satay is cooked and browned, turn the satay. Do it until all the satay is used up. Ps: just turning the satay once.

Bake satay in a microwave grill mode only 30 seconds just to cause a smoke scent. (Can use an oven or have both can be skipped)
